Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing or using the 2no website or services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to use 2no's services. It is your responsibility to provide accurate age information at the time of registration.
2no reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
To open an account with 2no, you must provide your full name, email address, and valid contact details. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious login activity or unauthorized access, contact 2no Support immediately. Any losses resulting from sharing your password with others are your own responsibility.
2no reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these terms, engaged in fraud, or involved in unauthorized activity. Whether any remaining balance is refunded upon closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
By using the platform, you agree to keep all your information accurate and up to date, not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, and not to disrupt the experience of other users.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All transactions on 2no are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are currently supported via local mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are governed by the rules set out in the platform's Payments section.
Bonus & Voucher Terms
Separate wagering requirements apply to welcome bonuses, reload offers, and voucher codes. You can view the terms for each offer in the Promotions section after logging in. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until all wagering requirements have been met.
Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction is suspected of being fraudulent or related to money laundering, 2no reserves the right to suspend the transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
2no is not liable for any financial loss, lost bets, or business losses resulting from use of the 2no platform. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and 2no accepts no responsibility for technical issues, server interruptions, or third-party service failures.
Users bear full responsibility for any losses incurred through betting or gaming. We strongly encourage responsible gaming.

General Platform Usage Rules

- Operating multiple accounts using false information
- Exploiting platform features to commit bonus fraud
- Harassing or defrauding other users
Violations of these rules may result in permanent account suspension, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
